BASKET II is a two-seat sofa with an unusual, inward-curved backrest that, together with the tall side panels, forms a screened seating area. The anthracite fabric covers the entire piece, including the closed base. The upholstery is continuous, with no visible seams or breaks. The shape resembles a basket, hence the name.

The sofa measures 145 cm wide, 74 cm deep and reaches an overall height of 127 cm. The seat height is 42 cm, so the seat sits lower than on classic sofas. The high backrest screens the rear and sides without fully enclosing the space. Anyone seated here remains visible but is acoustically and visually separated from the surroundings.

This design makes BASKET II a retreat piece for open spaces: at trade shows, in lounge areas, in foyers and waiting zones. Two people can hold a conversation here without every word carrying through the room. The sofa stands freely, does not need a wall behind it, and can be placed flexibly. The closed base hides the structure and gives the piece a calm, enclosed silhouette.

BASKET II is ideal for the lounge area of a trade show in Munich, for the conversation zone of a corporate event, or for the waiting area of an evening event. We deliver nationwide. On request, we can supply matching side tables and other lounge furniture, with setup and pickup included.
