The CATIFA 53 BICOLOR is a shell chair with a two-tone plastic shell on a chrome-plated metal frame. One side of the shell is white and the other is black; the color effect changes depending on the viewing angle. The frame is made of curved steel tubing with a chrome finish, and the four legs end in round plastic glides.
Overall dimensions of 61 × 56 × 79 cm make the chair a compact seating option for conference and seminar areas. The shell height allows the chair to be pushed up to standard tables 72 to 76 cm high. The smooth shell surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
The chrome-plated frame with glides allows the chair to be moved across smooth floors without scratching. The slim design keeps the footprint small. Several chairs can be placed side by side without the frames colliding.
