The CATIFA is a shell chair with a clear design language. The seat shell is made of smooth plastic and sits on a four-legged frame of chrome-plated metal. The legs slope outward and give the chair a stable footing. The shell is slightly curved and offers a suggested backrest.
The seat height of 45 cm suits standard tables 72 to 76 cm high. The overall height of 79 cm stays below the table edge and allows the chair to be pushed fully under the table. The width of 56 cm and depth of 51 cm provide ample space without taking up much room.
The smooth plastic surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The chrome-plated frame is durable and remains presentable even with frequent moving. The chair is lightweight and easy to carry and reposition.
