This crepe maker houses two round heating plates, each 39 cm in diameter, in a shared housing. The black cooking surfaces are nonstick coated, and the silver-gray housing is sturdily built. Two rotary controls on the front let you set the temperature of each plate separately.
The unit runs on 400 V heavy-current and delivers 4.4 kW. It connects through a red CEE plug with 16 A fuse protection. The two heating zones can be controlled independently, so you can cook two different batters or different browning levels at the same time.
With two plates, you can bake up to four crepes at once, depending on size. The unit heats up quickly and holds the temperature evenly. The smooth surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth after use. The compact design saves space on the catering table.
