The EAMES DSR is a shell chair with a one-piece plastic seat shell and a black wire frame. The seat shell is organically shaped, rises slightly toward the back, and provides armrests on the sides. The frame consists of four wire legs angled outward, connected by cross braces and ending in small glides. The central connecting unit made of black metal sits beneath the seat shell and holds the construction together.
The seat shell measures 46 × 55 cm, providing sufficient room for extended sitting. The seat height falls within the range of standard conference chairs and suits tables of standard height. The wire frame remains visually light and keeps the space open.
The chair is stackable and can be stored and transported in a space-saving way. The wire frame is resistant to impact and scratches, and the plastic shell is wipeable. For event operations, this means fast setup and teardown, low weight when moving the chairs, and no elaborate care.
This chair is ideal for conferences, seminars and meetings, for seating in catering areas, or for the trade show booth. We deliver nationwide – on request with matching tables, in a range of colors, and with setup and pickup.
