This gas grill is mounted on a stable black metal frame with four swivel casters. The large trapezoidal stainless steel exhaust hood is supported by four vertical posts and carries smoke and vapors upward. The grill surface consists of parallel stainless steel grill bars in a surrounding frame. A control panel with knobs for adjusting the gas flames is located on the side of the frame.
The exhaust hood ensures that smoke is removed in a controlled way, which makes the grill suitable for covered or semi-open areas as well. The grill surface offers sufficient space for larger quantities of food. The second photo shows the grill in use with pasta spread evenly across the grill bars.
The four swivel casters allow the grill to be moved without effort and used at changing locations. The lower shelf in the frame holds gas cylinders, grilling accessories or supply containers. The visible gas hose with a green connector shows that the unit is designed for operation with standard commercial gas cylinders.
