This giant frying pan is designed for preparing large quantities at events. The round pan has a diameter of 100 cm and a flat base with a low rim. The dark metal distributes heat evenly across the entire cooking surface. A wooden handle is attached on one side, and a smaller metal grip is located on the opposite side for handling.
The 100 cm diameter provides a cooking surface of just under 0.8 square meters. This allows several hundred portions to be prepared in one batch – for paella, fried potatoes, vegetable pans or meat dishes at street festivals, corporate events and catering events. The low rim makes it easier to turn and remove food.
The pan is used on the matching Code 1740 gas burner frame. The wooden handle stays cool enough to touch and allows the pan to be moved or tilted. The construction is designed for mobile use under event tents and outdoors.
Suitable for city festivals, corporate events and commercial catering kitchens. We rent the pan together with the Code 1740 burner frame – on request with gas cylinders, additional cookware and delivery to the event location.
