This giant wok brings Asian cooking to the stage on a large scale. The hemispherical metal bowl has a diameter of 70 cm, providing room for several portions at once. Two side-mounted handles made of the same material allow two people to move and tilt the wok safely. The surface is durable and designed for use over open flame or high-output gas burners.
With a diameter of 70 cm, the wok is suitable for events with 50 to 100 guests, depending on the dish and side dishes. The curved shape distributes heat evenly and keeps the food gathered in the center. This makes stirring and turning easier, a movement that at this size can only be done by two people anyway. The handles are firmly welded on and hold up even under full weight.
The wok can be used on mobile cooking stations, gas burners or dedicated wok burners. It tolerates high temperatures and withstands continuous operation at catering events. After use, the bowl can be cleaned with hot water and a brush; the smooth metal surface releases residue easily. Due to its size, the wok requires sufficient space for transport and storage.
