This salamander broiler uses top heat and is designed for browning, gratinating and keeping food warm. The housing is made of stainless steel, and the cooking chamber is visible through a glass door. The grill rack can be raised or lowered to change the distance to the heating coil.
The unit measures 67 cm in width and 27 cm in height. Output is 3.3 kW at a mains voltage of 230 V. Three rotary controls on the front regulate temperature and operating mode. A green switch serves as the main power switch.
The salamander broiler is suitable for use in catering kitchens, at buffets and at events where food is finished or kept warm on site. The height-adjustable rack accommodates casserole dishes and trays of different heights.
The unit is ideal for the serving kitchen of a company party, for catering at an evening event, or for use in a temporary event kitchen. We deliver nationwide, and on request with matching work tables, food warmers and other kitchen accessories, setup and pickup.
