This ham clamp consists of a white marble slab with gray veining as a stable base. A chrome-plated metal frame with four supports is mounted on top and carries a movable clamp with a screw mechanism. The two handles are made of dark brown wood and sit comfortably in the hand.
The work surface measures 45 cm in width and provides sufficient space for ham, bacon, or roast. The overall height of 14 cm provides a comfortable working height on the buffet table. The marble base is heavy enough that it does not slide during slicing.
The clamp can be adjusted with the screws to fit different cuts of meat and holds them securely while slicing. The chrome-plated frame is durable and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth after use. The wooden handles provide a secure grip.
