This salad bar combines refrigeration technology with a mobile design. The central stainless steel pan holds four 1/1 Gastronorm pans and is kept at temperature by a refrigeration unit beneath the pan. The Wengé-look cladding gives the equipment a calm, dark surface. The glass top on two stainless steel posts protects the food from above without blocking the view.
The stainless steel frame supports the entire structure and is fitted with four swivel casters. This allows the salad bar to be set up at different locations and rolled away after the event. The refrigeration unit hangs visibly beneath the pan and requires a power connection.
The salad bar is suited to buffets where salads, side dishes or cold starters need to stay chilled. The four GN pans provide space for different ingredients or components. The dark wood look suits subdued event spaces and buffet setups that should be functional as well as designed.
