On top sits an elongated stainless steel pan with a cooling grate for Gastronorm (GN) inserts. Above it, an anthracite-colored roof protects against splashes and dirt. White handles are mounted on the sides to make handling easier.
According to the article name, the stainless steel pan holds four 1/1 GN inserts. The cooling grate keeps the inserts at temperature and provides even cooling. Below, an open compartment provides room for dishes, cutlery or supplies.
