The Hubertus is a mobile gas grill for professional use in catering and events. The hinged black metal hood retains heat and protects the grate. Beneath it, the grilling surface sits on a chrome-plated frame. The control panel on the right outer side has three control knobs for temperature regulation and a piezo igniter.
The frame consists of black square tubing in an X-shape and rests on four swivel casters. The lowest level is a wooden shelf made of stained reclaimed wood, providing space for grill tongs, seasonings and serving platters. The gas hose runs downward and allows connection to a standard gas cylinder.
The casters make the grill movable during operation: from storage to the serving station, from the kitchen to the terrace, or from the delivery van to the trade show booth. At least two casters have brakes so the grill does not shift while in use. The 14 kW output supports high temperatures and fast searing.
The Hubertus is suited to summer festivals in Munich, outdoor catering at a corporate event, or the catering area of a city festival. We deliver nationwide, with matching serving carts, gas cylinders and grilling accessories available on request, along with setup and pickup.
