This polyamide serving spoon has an oval bowl with two elongated slits. The perforation lets excess liquid drain and is particularly suitable for salads, cooked vegetables, pasta and other side dishes that are not to be served in their cooking liquid. The handle is 35 cm long and provides sufficient distance from hot food.
Polyamide is heat-resistant, food-safe and withstands frequent use in catering operations. The matte black surface is resistant to scratches and discoloration. A loop at the end of the handle allows the spoon to be hung up.
The spoon is lightweight, sits comfortably in the hand and is easy to clean after use. It is suitable for buffets where guests serve themselves as well as for service by staff.
