This gastronorm insert in white porcelain adds classic presentation to buffets and catering areas. The rectangular shape with slightly rounded corners and a low rim holds food, side dishes or finger food. The smooth, glossy surface can be wiped clean and washed in a dishwasher.
The 1/1 GN format (530 × 325 mm) fits chafing dishes, refrigerated display cases and buffet frames. At 6 cm deep, the dish is shallow enough for an orderly arrangement but holds sufficient quantities for medium portions. Porcelain retains heat and cold longer than plastic.
The dishes can be stacked and take up little space in transport. Porcelain is resistant to acids, fats and staining. Suitable for use in warming cabinets and refrigerated counters.
