This industrial burner runs on propane gas and is designed for use beneath large frying pans. The cylindrical metal housing has a ring-shaped burner head on top with several supports on which the pan rests. The gas connection with hose and valve is located on the side.
The burner produces enough output to heat pans over one meter in diameter evenly. This is necessary when one hundred portions of paella, bratwurst or crêpes are to be prepared in a single run. The ring-shaped flame distributes heat across the entire bottom of the pan.
The burner stands freely on the ground and does not require a permanent installation. The housing is sturdy enough for use in an event tent, on a market square or in the catering area of a large event. The burner is operated via the side valve.
This industrial burner is ideal for city festivals, corporate events and catering jobs where food is cooked on site. We deliver nationwide. On request, matching large pans, gas cylinders and other kitchen accessories are available, along with setup and pickup.
