This Gastronorm lid is made of polished stainless steel and fits 1/1 GN containers. The bar handle mounted in the center allows safe lifting, even with pot holders or gloves. The rim provides a stable fit on the container.
The 1/1 GN format matches standard foodservice dimensions and fits common hot-holding systems, bain-maries and transport carts. The lid keeps food warm, protects it from contamination and reduces heat loss at the buffet or serving line.
Stainless steel is resistant to moisture, heat and cleaning agents. The smooth surface can be wiped clean and is dishwasher-safe. The lid is stackable and can be stored in little space.
