This gastronorm insert is made of smooth stainless steel and follows the 1/2 GN format. The walls are raised, and the rim running around the top is angled outward and rests on the receptacles of chafing dishes, refrigerated display cases, or food service counters.
At 20 cm deep, the container holds larger quantities and is suitable for main dishes, side dishes, salads, or prepared ingredients. The gastronorm dimensions ensure the insert fits all standardized systems, from warming containers to refrigerated counters to dishwashers.
The stainless steel is durable, can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, and withstands temperature changes. Several inserts can be stacked inside one another, which saves space during transport and storage.
