This gastronorm food pan is made of polished stainless steel and conforms to the standard 1/3 GN size. The walls are smooth and straight, and the inside corners are rounded. Narrow grip edges are folded outward along both long sides, making it easier to lift out and place in position.
The 10 cm depth provides sufficient capacity for side dishes, salads, sauces or smaller main courses. The dimensions follow the gastronorm standard and fit common GN systems, warming containers and refrigerated display cases.
The pan is dishwasher-safe and stackable, and it is designed for daily use in catering operations. The smooth surface is quick to clean, and the seamless construction prevents residue buildup.
