This food slicer works with a round cutting blade with a 22 cm diameter. The metal housing is set at an angle. The carriage runs on a smooth guide and is moved by a black handle. A transparent protective cover covers the upper part of the blade. The food holder on the carriage also holds small pieces securely.
Slice thickness is adjusted with a rotary knob. The blade is driven by an electric motor and connects to 230V mains power. A green switch on the front controls the machine. Four black feet with rubber pads provide a stable footing on smooth work surfaces.
The machine slices sausage, cheese, bread and other foods into even slices. The adjustable slice thickness allows thin deli slices as well as thicker bread slices. The carriage guides evenly, and the food holder keeps small pieces from slipping. The protective cover reduces the risk of injury during operation.
Suitable for catering at corporate events, for breakfast service at meetings, or for food service at sports events. The machine works faster and more evenly than hand slicing. We deliver throughout Germany. On request, we provide a matching refrigerated unit, delivery and pickup after the event.
