This bain marie keeps food warm in a water bath without overheating or drying it out. The stainless steel housing holds a GN pan on top, into which four round inserts are suspended. The water is heated electrically, and the temperature can be adjusted with the red rotary knob on the front. A drain valve on the side allows the water to be drained after use.
The unit measures 38 cm in width and 28 cm in height. It operates at 230 V and 750 W and connects via a Schuko power cord. Its compact design allows it to be used on buffet tables, serving counters and mobile catering carts.
The bain marie principle is suitable for delicate foods such as sauces, soups, side dishes and warm desserts. The four inserts can be removed and refilled individually without taking the entire unit out of operation. The stainless steel construction is durable and can be wiped clean after use.
