This combi steamer is a full-featured commercial kitchen appliance for professional catering. The stainless steel housing holds up to 20 Gastronorm pans in 1/1 size or 10 pans in 2/1 size. The glass door provides a view of the rack rails, and the digital control panel is located on the left side of the front.
The unit stands on a stable stainless steel frame with four casters. This makes it mobile and allows use at different locations. Beneath the steamer, the frame provides shelving and side holders for pans. The power cable with heavy-duty plug is coiled on the frame.
The combi steamer operates with steam, hot air, or a combination of both. This allows cooking, baking, roasting, and regenerating in one unit. The digital controls regulate temperature, humidity, and cooking time. For banquets, trade show catering, and large events, the capacity is sufficient to prepare several hundred portions in one cycle.
