The DAW is a shell chair with a continuously molded seat shell made of white plastic. The shell incorporates two side armrests and transitions into a raised backrest. The frame consists of four angled wooden legs in a light natural tone, connected by black metal struts in an X shape.
The overall height is 83 cm, the width 63 cm and the depth 60 cm. This means the chair fits common dining tables and conference tables. The armrests provide lateral support without taking up too much space.
The combination of plastic shell and wooden frame makes the chair light enough for frequent rearranging. The metal struts stabilize the frame and give it a technical look. The smooth surface of the shell can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
