This electric griddle plate combines two cooking methods in one unit: the left half of the cooking surface is smooth and suited for frying eggs, pancakes or vegetables. The right half is ribbed and creates the typical grill marks on meat, sausages or grilled vegetables. Both surfaces are made of stainless steel and are controlled independently via separate controls.
The two blue rotary knobs on the front of the unit allow precise temperature adjustment for each half. This makes it possible to prepare different foods at different temperatures at the same time. The stainless steel splash guard at the rear keeps the surrounding area clean.
The base cabinet provides storage directly at the work station. Behind the two doors with recessed handles, pans, dishes or supplies can be stored. The unit stands on four adjustable feet and can be leveled on uneven surfaces.
This griddle plate is suitable for catering at corporate events, for food service at trade shows or for hospitality at sporting events. We deliver nationwide – on request with additional kitchen equipment, setup and pickup after the event.
