This electric gyro grill is designed for professional use in event catering. The vertical design with spirally arranged heating elements allows the meat to be grilled evenly from all sides. The rotisserie spit is driven by a motor mounted at the top. The entire unit is made of stainless steel and stands on a stable metal frame.
The unit operates on 400V three-phase power and delivers 6 kW with 16 A circuit protection. Operation is controlled through a control panel mounted on the side. A perforated stainless steel tray at the bottom catches fat and liquids. A cylindrical container is mounted on the side. The connection is made through a red CEE plug.
For event use, the unit offers the advantage of being portable and can be used anywhere three-phase power is available. The stainless steel construction is robust and easy to clean after use. The vertical design saves floor space and allows food to be prepared directly in front of guests.
