This electric combi steamer is a full-scale professional unit for large kitchens and catering operations. The stainless steel housing has a digital control panel with display and program keys on the front, with two rotary knobs below for temperature and cooking time. The glass door on the right side provides a view of 20 shelf levels that accept GN 1/1 containers.
The unit operates on 400-volt three-phase power, with a 37-kilowatt connected load and 63-amp fuse protection. The red CEE plug is visible in the photo and identifies the heavy-current connection. Dimensions and weight are not available, but the unit rolls on four swivel casters and can be moved within the kitchen.
Combining steam and hot-air operation, the unit is suitable for nearly all cooking methods: steaming, baking, roasting, braising and regenerating. The 20 shelf levels allow large quantities to be prepared at the same time. The digital control panel regulates temperature, humidity and cooking time.
