This gas burner is designed for use with large woks. The round ring attachment holds the cookware safely above the flame, and the black burner plate distributes heat evenly. The stainless steel frame stands on four stable legs and provides a safe working height. A rotary knob on the front controls the flame.
The 12.8 kW output allows fast heating and the high temperatures required for wok cooking. The burner is supplied with propane or butane via a gas hose. The connection coupling is included in the delivery.
The freestanding frame makes the burner independent of fixed installations. It can be set up wherever it is needed and disassembled after use. The stainless steel surfaces are resistant to heat and splashing water.
Suitable for catering at company events, street food markets or outdoor events in Munich and Augsburg. On request, we can deliver with matching woks, gas cylinders and accessories. Setup and instruction are included.
