This mobile dishwashing station combines all steps of commercial dishware processing in one mobile unit. On the left is the pre-rinse table with a built-in stainless steel sink and a professional spray faucet with spiral hose for rinsing off coarse food residue. In the center is a hood-type dishwasher. On the right, a sloped outfeed table holds the cleaned dishware.
The entire system stands on a sturdy stainless steel frame with four swivel casters. This makes the station fully mobile and allows it to be used wherever it is needed. Underneath the pre-rinse table is an additional storage shelf for dish racks or cleaning agents. All surfaces are made of stainless steel and meet the requirements of commercial dishwashing kitchens.
Mobility is the decisive advantage in event operations. The station can be set up at changing locations, connected to existing water and power supplies, and removed after the event. This eliminates the need for permanently installed dishwashing kitchens and makes catering possible at locations without their own infrastructure. The spray faucet is flexible, the dishwasher works with standard racks, and the outfeed table holds the cleaned dishware until it is picked up.
This dishwashing station is suitable for large-scale catering at corporate events in Stuttgart, for festival tents at city festivals, or for temporary food service in trade show halls.
