The induction cooktop stands freely on the table and brings the cooking station to where it is needed. The housing is made of stainless steel, the cooking surface of black glass ceramic with a printed zone marking. At the front right is the rotary control for power setting, next to it a green indicator light. The power cord with Schuko plug is permanently connected.
The dimensions are W 35 × H 12 cm – the unit fits on any catering table and can be stacked or stored in transport cases. It connects to 230 V and has an output of 3.5 kW. The induction surface heats only ferromagnetic cookware; the surrounding area stays cool.
The cooktop heats quickly, can be adjusted steplessly and cools down quickly after use. It requires no fixed installation, no gas cylinder and no exhaust hood. One unit, one cord, one outlet – nothing more. For live cooking, buffet supplements and temporary kitchens at events.
The induction cooktop is suitable for product presentations with live preparation, for caterings with an on-site cooking station and for trade shows with demonstration kitchens. We deliver nationwide – on request with matching cookware, catering tables and power distribution, setup and pickup.
