This shelf trolley consists of two parallel aluminum frames, each fitted with 18 horizontal rails. The rails hold trays, sheet pans or GN containers in 2/1 format. The open frame saves space and allows access from both sides.

With a width of 74 cm and a height of 164 cm, the trolley fits through standard doorways and stands under most ceiling heights. The 18 levels provide room for a large quantity of baked goods, food or tableware, which is useful when a lot needs to be transported or temporarily stored at once.

Four casters, two of them with brakes, make the trolley mobile and stable at the same time. It can be moved quickly, positioned in the kitchen or placed at the serving station. The brakes hold it where it is needed.

This shelf trolley is suited to catering at corporate events, to the bakery at a city festival, or to the kitchen of an evening event in Munich. We deliver nationwide, and on request we supply matching GN containers, prep tables and other kitchen accessories, with setup and pickup.
