This induction cooktop is designed as a tabletop unit and features a round recess in the work surface, the so-called Cuvette. It holds wok pans securely and keeps them in position during cooking. The housing is made of stainless steel, and the surface is smooth and wipes clean. The control panel with rotary knob and red indicator light is on the front, with ventilation slots below.
The work surface measures 40 cm in width, and the overall height is 20 cm. The unit operates at 5 kW and is powered through a 400V heavy-current connection (16A, CEE plug). The induction heating transfers heat directly into the base of the pan without unnecessarily heating the surrounding area. Output can be adjusted steplessly.
Four adjustable feet provide a stable footing, including on uneven surfaces. The compact unit can be used on work tables, catering carts or mobile cooking stations. The induction heating responds quickly, and after the pan is removed, the surface cools down quickly.
Suitable for catering at corporate events, for show kitchens at trade shows, or for use in temporary food service zones. We deliver nationwide. On request, we can add further cooking equipment, work tables and transport carts, with setup and pickup included.
