The DSW Chair combines an organically shaped plastic shell with a maple wood frame. Four legs set at an angle support the shell, and a black wire frame between the legs provides stability. The shell is black, while the wood keeps its natural light color. A round seat cushion in sand/coffee rests on the seat and can be removed if needed.
The seat height is about 46 cm, which works with standard tables. The overall height is around 83 cm. The shell has a slightly backward-tilted seat and a subtle backrest that supports the back without pressing into it. The legs splay outward at an angle, giving the chair a stable footing.
The wire frame makes the chair stackable, so several chairs can be stacked and stored in a small space. This is useful in event operations when space needs to be cleared quickly after an event. The plastic shell is smooth and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
